Getting started with AuraFlux
To start with AuraFlux, buy Studio or Agency on auraflux.co/pricing, then create your account at app.auraflux.co with the same email you used at checkout. Next, add your stream channels, connect a publishing account, and open Peaks to make your first Short.
Step 1: Choose a plan
- Studio is $299 a month with up to 40 VOD hours a month for Peaks and 3 stream channels.
- Agency is $999 a month with unlimited VOD hours and channels.
- Everything else is the same on both plans. Compare them on Pricing.
- Checkout runs through Stripe.
- Managed is a $1,499 a month add-on for either plan. See Plans and billing.
Step 2: Create your account
- After checkout you land on the AuraFlux sign-in page. It shows Verifying your purchase and then Checkout verified.
- Create your account with the same email you used at Stripe. The email field is locked to that address.
- If you see Checkout not found, choose View plans to go back to pricing, or email support@auraflux.co.
Accounts without a paid plan see a message that a plan is required and cannot open the app yet.
Step 3: Complete your setup
Home shows a Complete your setup checklist with three steps:
- Account created
- Set up My Channels: add the Twitch, Kick, or YouTube channel you stream on.
- Connect a publishing platform: YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram. Skip this if you plan to download videos and upload them yourself.
You can dismiss the checklist. It hides itself once all three steps are done.
Step 4: Make your first Short
- Open Peaks and fetch your recent VODs.
- Choose Find peaks on a VOD, then Create Short job on the moment you like.
- When the video is ready, open Review, watch it, and approve it.

The Assist button at the top right opens a guided setup assistant. Ask it what to pick for any video job.
Questions
Do I need an account before I buy?
No. Buy first on auraflux.co/pricing, then create your account at app.auraflux.co with the same email you used at checkout.
What if I used a different email at checkout?
The sign-up form only accepts your checkout email. Email support@auraflux.co with both addresses and we will sort it out.
Do I have to connect a publishing account?
No. You can skip it and download finished videos to post yourself. Connect YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram later in Settings.
