Review Queue: approve videos before they publish
The Review Queue holds finished videos waiting for your approval. Open Review, watch each video, then approve and schedule it, publish it now, download it, or ask for AI edits. Videos in the queue stay put until you act on them.
What you can do with a video
| Action | What happens |
|---|---|
| Approve & Schedule | Pick a time at least 30 minutes away. The post then shows in Schedule. |
| Publish Now | Uploads the video to your connected YouTube account as private. |
| Download | Saves the MP4 so you can post it yourself. |
| Request AI Edits | Tells AuraFlux what to change. |
Publish to TikTok or Instagram
Publish Now in the queue posts to YouTube as private. To post to TikTok or Instagram, open the job and use Approve & publish to with the platforms you want. See Jobs.
Request AI edits
- Choose Request AI Edits on the video.
- Pick a category: Script / voiceover, Thumbnail, Clips / footage, Branding / overlays, Audio / mix, or Other.
- Describe the change and choose Submit feedback.
Work in bulk
Filter by platform and date, select several videos, then choose Approve All Selected or Publish selected now.
When there is nothing left to review, the page shows Queue is clear.
Questions
Why did Publish Now post my video as private?
Publish Now in the Review Queue uploads to YouTube as private. Change the visibility on YouTube, or publish from the job page to choose platforms and visibility.
Where do approved videos go?
Approved and scheduled videos show in Schedule. Published videos also stay in Jobs > History.
