By accessing or using AuraFlux you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
AuraFlux is an automated video production platform focused on Peaks and publishing. We offer two self-serve plans, Creator and Agency, and a Managed add-on for either plan.
You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited uses include: illegal content, harassment, impersonation, spam, copyright infringement, and deepfakes without consent.
Creator includes up to 40 VOD hours a month for Peaks and 3 stream channels. Agency includes unlimited VOD hours for Peaks and unlimited stream channels. To keep the service reliable for all customers, the following fair-use limits apply to each self-serve account on either plan unless we agree otherwise in writing (for example under the Managed add-on):
Limits are measured per account and brand. We may temporarily throttle, queue, or pause usage that exceeds these limits or that appears automated, shared across many end clients, or otherwise abusive. Repeated or intentional abuse may result in suspension under Section 7. Managed add-on customers receive scoped capacity as agreed with AuraFlux.
These numbers may be updated with notice under Section 9. The current limits always control over marketing summaries.
AuraFlux owns the platform, software, and brand. You own the content you provide as input and the outputs the platform generates on your behalf. You grant AuraFlux a limited licence to process your content solely to deliver the service.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Creator is $299 a month and Agency is $999 a month. The Managed add-on is $1,499 a month on either plan. Each subscription covers one brand. Additional brands are purchased separately.
Usage is subject to your plan's VOD hours and the fair-use limits in Section 4. There are no overage charges. Upgrades are made from the Billing page and are prorated. To move to a lower plan or cancel, email support@auraflux.co. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms. Billing is handled by Stripe.
AuraFlux is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time by emailing support@auraflux.co.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with AAA rules.
We will provide 14 days notice before material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
